Morgan wins an Award of Merit from the Veterans Class at
the 2008 BCSA National Specialty under breeder judge Kelly
Whiteman! The following day Morgan wins another Award
of Merit at the BCSA Regional Specialty!
Morgan wins Runner Up in Veteran Sweepstakes,
and an Award of Merit from the Veterans Class at the Border
Collie Club of Northern California Specialty on August 29,
2008!
Morgan is our special girl from Blaze’s
first litter, bred by Bonnie Harris.
She is a great example of blending the American Working
lines with the
Australian lines. We knew
Morgan would be a star from the start, as she has great
structure and amazing movement. At her first puppy fun-match at
sixth months of age,
she won a Best Puppy in Herding Group. She then went on to
finish very
quickly, winning BOS over top specials along the way. Her
first appearance as a special resulted in a BOB and a pull
in a very competitive Herding Group.
Morgan has a great personality. She loves everyone and
loves doing everything. She has been shown
sparingly as a special and has received numerous BOB's and
Group placings. Her current winnings include: 3
Group II, 1 Group III, and 1 Group IV. In 2004 she was ranked #14 in All-breed
standings!
Morgan is retired now, living as a house
dog, but still makes special appearances in the show ring at
specialty shows.

Morgan has been OFA certified GOOD, CERF
clear, CEA DNA tested as a carrier (OptiGen # 05-1569) and
CL DNA tested as normal (OptiGen #05-1569).
Morgan's first litter of puppies were
born on June 17, 2006. We have kept "Dolly,"
