After a long awaited arrival, Emily finally has a red merle BC! Red Ryder at Real Pearl just arrived all the way from Hungary, thanks to his breeder Judit Papp, who was so gracious in letting us bring him to the USA. He was born on November 16, 2006. He encompasses some of the most well known American, Australian, and English lines. We have high hopes that he will turn heads and let the world know that BC's do come in other colors!Sparky has started to play in the conformation ring and has picked up 4 points!At the 2007 BCSA National Specialty Sparky places 2nd in the 9-12 month Puppy Dog class on Sunday and was put into 5th place on Saturday! Quite a big accomplishment for the only red merle that competed in conformation!NEWS!!! Sparky was entered two days of the June 2008 Montana Circuit and wins WD both days for two 3 pt. majors! Sparky now only needs a few single pts. to finish. Update August 2008: Sparky wins WD for 2 pts at the Border Collie Club of Northern California Specialty!
